Questions about TRICHTR beer funnels

  • How many liters fit into the funnels
    • The DOPPELBUMS and MEISTERBUMS funnels hold approximately 1.0 liters (without beer foam, including funnel). Two 0.33-liter beers fit perfectly.
    • The funnel DOPPELBUMS - SPEED has the same dimensions as the funnel DOPPELBUMS

  • Why does it have to be the beer bong from TRICHTR?
    • Only we offer app-based timing! Connect your TRICHTR SPEED Box to our app and compare yourself with your friends!
    • Our funnels are of high quality. Their design is optimized for maximum drinking pleasure with high pressure and extreme flow rates. We know our craft. We promise!

    • What is the best way to clean the funnels?
      • You should rinse the funnels with water after each use and hang them up to dry. You should also clean the individual parts separately at regular intervals. Separate mouthpieces are available in the shop.


      • How long are TRICHTR's funnels?
        • The DOPPELBUMS and MEISTERBUMS funnels are approximately 1.35 m long including the spout, mouthpiece and funnel
        • The double funnel DOPPELBUMS has a total length of approx. 1.50 m

      • How to make beer foam less when pouring?
        • If you rinse the funnel with water beforehand and use a well-chilled beer, it won't foam as much when pouring into the funnel. This means you won't have to wait as long for the finished batch.


        • How do I funnel faster?
          • Everyone starts slow. Our studies have shown that the first sip has the greatest impact on an empty mouth. You can find more information in our blog post . Beer fast!

        • The hose was kinked during shipping. What can I do?
          • We take care to use the most environmentally friendly packaging possible when shipping our funnels. This may cause the hose to kink during shipping. Hang the funnel on the hook for a while, and the material will immediately straighten out.

          • The product didn't arrive, what now?

            • How long is the delivery time?
              • All TRICHTR funnels are carefully assembled by hand. Delivery typically takes 2-4 business days, but can often be completed sooner.


            • Where is my package? How can I track it?
              • You can find your package using the tracking ID provided in the shipping confirmation email.

            • How much are the shipping costs?
              • Shipping costs are €4.99 within Germany. Free shipping for orders over €60.00.

            • Which countries do you ship to?
              • We deliver to Germany, Austria and Switzerland

            • Can I pick up my order at a Packstation?
              • We currently do not deliver to packing stations.

            • How can I return something?
              • You have a 14-day right of return. Please send us an email to info@trichtr.de if you want to return something.
              • Please note that we do not accept returns of used products.
              • You can find the return address in the imprint.

            • How and when will I receive a refund?
              • If you exercise your right of return (14 days), you will receive your money back shortly after we receive the goods.

              Questions about ordering and payment

              • How can I check the status of my order?
                • The status of your shipment will be sent to you via email. If the package has already been shipped, you can track your shipment using your tracking ID. You can find the ID in your shipping confirmation.

              • Will receipt of the order be confirmed?
                • We will confirm receipt and shipment via email. You will receive your invoice with the shipping confirmation.

              • What payment methods are available?
