Community Guidelines

We at TRICHTR are committed to realizing our vision. This is to promote passion and joy in a friendly environment, as well as to enable easy documentation and sharing of experiences. We are developing a local community in which users create and share authentic content and connect with other people who have similar interests. We strive to ensure the safety of this community. Our community guidelines reflect our values ​​and define a uniform code of conduct for users of our platform. These guidelines also allow our community to maintain a safe, shared platform.

TRICHTR is an inclusive and functional platform based on the passionate expression of joy in life within a responsible framework. We give users the opportunity to express their individuality. We attach great importance to the fact that our users represent a wide spectrum of nationalities and cultures. We therefore take into account the cultural and legal norms of the respective countries in which we are active.

Providing a safe and positive environment is our top priority. We believe that people can only express themselves openly and creatively when they feel safe. Therefore, our goal is to create an environment for authentic interactions by protecting our platform from misleading content and accounts.

Our Community Guidelines are based on our values. We remove content such as videos and images that violate our Community Guidelines. In addition, we suspend or remove accounts that are involved in serious or repeated violations. In certain circumstances, we go a step further and report such accounts to the appropriate legal authorities to ensure the safety of our community.

Our Community Guidelines apply to all users and all content shared on TRICHTR. Our guidelines dictate what is and is not allowed on our platform. We recognize that certain content that would normally be removed from the platform under our guidelines may be of value to the public. For this reason, we may make exceptions in certain circumstances, which we outline below.

We update our Community Guidelines from time to time to keep up with community trends, avoid new risks, and ensure that TRICHTR provides a safe forum for sharing and enjoyment.

Dangerous Persons and Organizations

Dangerous individuals or organizations are not permitted to use our platform to promote terrorism, crime, or other types of harmful behavior. If there is a credible threat to public safety, we will respond by removing the relevant account and cooperating with the relevant legal authorities.

terrorists and terrorist organizations
Terrorists and terrorist organisations are non-state actors who intentionally use violence or the threat of violence to harm innocent bystanders, to intimidate or threaten the population of a country, a government or an international organisation, or to achieve political, religious, ethnic or ideological goals.

Other dangerous persons and organizations
According to our definition, dangerous individuals and organizations are those that commit crimes or cause other types of serious harm. This includes, but is not limited to, the following groups and crimes:

  • hate-spreading groups
  • Violent, extremist organizations
  • homicides
  • human trafficking
  • organ trafficking
  • arms trade
  • drug trafficking
  • kidnapping
  • robbery
  • blackmail
  • money laundering
  • Fraud
  • cybercrime

Not allowed are:

  • Names, symbols, logos, flags, slogans, uniforms, gestures, portraits or other elements that represent dangerous persons or organizations
  • Content that praises, glorifies or supports dangerous individuals or organizations.
  • Exceptions : Educational, historical, satirical, artistic and other content that is clearly recognizable as counter-speech or that aims to raise awareness of the harm caused by dangerous individuals or organizations.

Illegal Activities and Regulated Goods

We prohibit the trade, distribution, advertising, and use of certain regulated goods, as well as the depiction or promotion of illegal acts. Content may be removed if it relates to acts or goods that are illegal or regulated in a large part of a particular region or the world, even if the acts or regulated goods in question are legal in the country where the content is posted. We make exceptions for content that has public value, such as educational, scientific, artistic, or newsworthy content.

promotion of crime
Crime covers a wide range of actions punishable under the law, including theft, physical assault, human exploitation, or other harmful behavior. We do not want such behavior to be normalized or imitated, so we remove content that promotes crime.
Not allowed are:

  • Content that may cause physical harm, such as physical attacks or kidnappings
  • Content that endangers the safety of others, including pranks such as false emergency calls (swatting)
  • Content that promotes human exploitation or wildlife trade
  • Content that promotes the acquisition, distribution or trade of illegally acquired goods
  • Content that encourages the commission of criminal offenses

sale or use of weapons
To protect our community, we do not tolerate the depiction, trade, or promotion of firearms, ammunition, accessories, or explosive devices. In addition, instructions on how to make such weapons and explosive devices are prohibited on our platform. We make exceptions for content depicting firearms or other types of weapons in the following cases: in fictional scenarios, as part of a collection in museums, as weapons carried by police officers or during a military parade, or when firearms are used in a safe and controlled environment such as a shooting range.
Not allowed are:

  • Content depicting firearms, related accessories, ammunition or explosive devices
  • Content in which firearms, accessories, ammunition, explosives or instructions for building them are offered, sold, traded or advertised

drugs and controlled substances
To protect our community, content depicting the use or trafficking of drugs or other controlled substances is prohibited.
Not allowed are:

  • Content depicting drugs or drug use or encouraging others to manufacture, consume or trade drugs or other controlled substances
  • Content in which drugs or other controlled substances are sold, offered, traded or advertised
  • Content containing information on how to acquire drugs or controlled substances

fraud and fraud cases
We prohibit the use of our platform to cause harm to others. This includes actions intended to harm other people or steal assets. We remove content that intentionally misleads people in order to gain an unlawful financial advantage.
Not allowed are:

  • Content that promotes phishing
  • Content that promotes pyramid schemes or pyramid games
  • Content that promotes fixed betting patterns, promises quick wealth, or other types of fraud

Violent and explicit content

Content that is excessively violent or shocking is prohibited, especially if it promotes or glorifies extreme violence or suffering. We make exceptions in certain circumstances, such as newsworthy content or to raise awareness of certain issues. If we determine there is a real risk of violence or a threat to public safety, we will remove the account and, where appropriate, work with the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

Violent and explicit content: People
Not allowed are:

  • Content that is unnecessarily shocking, cruel or overly explicit. This includes, but is not limited to:
    • Depictions of deaths caused by violence or accidents involving humans
    • Representations of severed, mutilated, charred or burned human remains
    • Depictions of blood that focus on an open wound or injury
    • Depictions of serious physical violence. Exceptions: staged or professional fight scenes, traditional martial arts or fights in a fictional scenario.

Violent and explicit content: animals
Not allowed are:

  • Content that is unnecessarily shocking, cruel or overly explicit. This includes, but is not limited to:
    • depictions of the slaughter of real animals
    • Representations of severed, mutilated, charred or burned animal remains
    • depictions of animal cruelty.

Suicide, self-harm and dangerous acts

We do not encourage participation in activities that could cause harm to people. We also do not allow users to encourage others to participate in dangerous actions. We do not allow content that encourages self-harm or suicide. However, we do allow users to share their experiences to raise awareness of this issue.

We ask users who are considering self-harming behavior or suicide to contact a crisis center in their area or a suicide prevention hotline immediately.

suicide
We remove content that depicts suicide or suicidal thoughts, or content that encourages participation in similar acts. This includes attempted suicide, content that depicts people committing or attempting suicide, or content that could lead to self-inflicted death. We prohibit any content that praises, glorifies, or promotes suicide, or that contains instructions for suicide.
Not allowed are:

  • Content with instructions for suicide
  • Content that promotes, encourages or glorifies suicide
  • calls for suicide
  • Exceptions: Content that offers help, information or coping strategies for those who have suicidal thoughts.

Self-harming behavior
We want to avoid normalizing, encouraging, or triggering self-harm behavior. Therefore, we do not allow depictions of such behavior, regardless of the intentions of those posting such content. We remove content that encourages or could encourage actions that are likely to lead to self-inflicted physical harm. Content that promotes eating habits that may cause health problems is also prohibited on the platform.
Not allowed are:

  • Content that shows self-inflicted wounds
  • Content with instructions on self-harming behavior
  • Content that promotes anorexia or other dangerous behaviors to lose weight
  • Exceptions: Content that offers help, information or coping strategies for people with eating disorders or self-harming behavior.

Dangerous actions
Dangerous activities or risky behavior that are not performed in a professional context or despite a lack of skills can result in serious injury or even death to the person involved or to an innocent bystander. We do not allow content that encourages, promotes or glorifies such behavior. This includes amateur stunts and dangerous dares.
Not allowed are:

  • Content depicting the improper use of dangerous tools
  • Content depicting the ingestion of liquids or substances that are not suitable for human consumption
  • Dangerous dares that could lead to injuries
  • Content in which minors below the legal age operate motor vehicles.

hate speech

We do not tolerate content that attacks individuals or groups or incites violence against them because of their protected status. Content that contains hate speech is prohibited and will be removed from our platform. We also suspend or delete accounts that repeatedly engage in hate speech.

attack on protected groups
We define hate speech as content that attacks, threatens, incites violence against, or dehumanizes individuals or groups based on their protected status. We also do not allow content that threatens verbal or physical violence or depicts harm to an individual or group based on any of the following protected characteristics:

  • ethnicity
  • National Descent
  • religion/worldview
  • caste
  • Sexual orientation
  • sex
  • Gender
  • gender identity
  • Serious illness or disability
  • immigration status

Not allowed are:

  • Content that causes dehumanization or that, due to the characteristics mentioned above, incites violence or hatred against specific individuals or groups. This includes, but is not limited to:
    • Claims that they are physically or morally inferior
    • Calls for violence or the justification of violence against these persons or groups
    • Claims that these are criminals
    • derogatory terms for these persons as animals, inanimate objects or other non-human elements
    • Call for or justification of exclusion, segregation or discrimination.

slander
Slurs are derogatory terms intended to disparage an ethnic group or other group with protected status. Slurs are not tolerated on our platform as we do not want to encourage the spread of extremely offensive terms. However, we recognize that disparaging terms are used by certain groups themselves, so we may make exceptions for slurs when they are used in a song, in other cases, or in a self-referential, satirical context or as part of a reappropriation.
Not allowed are:

  • Content that encourages non-consensual vilification.

hate ideology
Hate ideology is incompatible with the inclusive and caring community our platform provides, so we remove content that promotes hate ideology.
Not allowed are:

  • Content that promotes hate ideologies by positively evaluating them or that displays the logos, symbols, flags, slogans, uniforms, greetings, gestures, portraits, images or names of people associated with these ideologies
  • Content that denies well-documented historical violent events
  • Music or lyrics that promote hate ideologies.

harassment and bullying

Users should be able to express their opinions without fear of being laughed at, humiliated, harassed or bullied. We are very aware of the negative psychological impact that offensive content can have on individuals. Therefore, we do not tolerate offensive content or behavior on our platform.

harassing behavior
We remove harassing behavior and statements, especially threats of violence, sexual harassment, derogatory statements regarding appearance, intellect, personality traits and hygiene.
Not allowed are:

  • Content that threatens violence against a person
  • Content that wishes death, serious illness, physical or other harm to a person
  • Content that incites violence or coordinated harassment
  • Content that sexually harasses users by degrading their sexual behavior or attempts to establish unwanted sexual contact
  • Content that denigrates individuals based on characteristics such as intellect, appearance, character traits or hygiene
  • Content that praises violent tragedies and belittles the victims

violation of privacy
Disclosing or threatening to disclose information relating to an identifiable individual can cause severe emotional distress and real harm. We consider this a form of abuse and do not allow it on TRICHTR.
Not allowed are:

  • Content that discloses or threatens to disclose information relating to an identifiable person, such as residence, private email address, private telephone number, bank account balance, social security number or passport number
  • Threats to disclose images containing sexual content or non-consensual intimacies.

Adult nudity and sexual acts

We do not allow any content on TRICHTR that is sexually explicit or intended for sexual gratification, including animated content of this kind. Sexualized content carries numerous risks, such as the imposition of fines in some countries and the harm to users by sharing non-consensual images, such as so-called "revenge porn." In addition, sexually explicit content may be considered offensive in certain cultures. We make exceptions for nudity and sexually explicit content for educational, documentary, scientific or artistic purposes.

Sexual exploitation
Sexual exploitation is the actual or attempted abuse of a particular vulnerability, a position of power or a relationship of trust for sexual purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, financial, social or political gain through the sexual exploitation of another person.
Not allowed are:

  • Content that depicts or encourages non-consensual sexual acts
  • Content that commits, promotes or glorifies sexual harassment or degradation to a sexual object

Pornography and Adult Nudity
Pornography is the explicit depiction of sexual organs or sexual acts for the purpose of sexual gratification.
Not allowed are:

  • Content depicting sexual acts such as penetration, sex without penetration or oral sex
  • Content showing human genitals, female nipples or buttocks
  • Content depicting sexual arousal
  • Content that depicts a sexual fetish.

protection of minors

We do everything we can to ensure the protection of minors and do not tolerate any stalking or sexually motivated approach to minors - so-called "grooming". We do not allow content depicting or distributing child abuse, nude minors or the sexual exploitation of minors, either digitally or in the real world, and we report such content to the relevant legal authorities. We do not allow content depicting minors engaging in criminal acts.

TRICHTR is only permitted to users who have reached the minimum age (see our Terms of Use ). If we identify account holders who have not yet reached the minimum age, we will remove the corresponding accounts from our platform.

Nudity among minors and sexual exploitation
Nudity includes content that shows genitals. Sexual exploitation is the actual or attempted abuse of a particular vulnerability, position of power or relationship of trust for sexual purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, financial, social or political gain through sexual exploitation of another person.
Not allowed are:

  • Content showing the genitals of minors
  • Content depicting the sexual exploitation of minors
  • Content depicting sexual acts such as penetration, sex without penetration or oral sex involving minors
  • Content depicting sexual arousal involving minors
  • Content depicting a sexual fetish involving minors

Criminal acts of minors
Criminal acts committed by minors include, but are not limited to, the consumption or use of drugs, alcohol and tobacco.
Not allowed are:

  • Content that depicts minors consuming, possessing, or appearing to consume alcoholic beverages, drugs, or tobacco

abuse of minors
Abuse of minors occurs when people abuse their position of power and inflict physical or psychological harm on minors. Physical abuse involves intentional harm to the body of a minor. Psychological abuse involves degrading minors through the threat of physical or sexual violence or through bullying methods.
Not allowed are:

  • Content depicting the physical or psychological abuse of minors

grooming
“Grooming” is the initiation of an emotional relationship between an adult and a minor in order to gain their trust and to carry out sexual abuse, sexual exploitation or human trafficking for sexual purposes.
Not allowed are:

  • Content that encourages, instructs or justifies grooming
  • Content that involves minors in sexually explicit conversation
  • Content that encourages or coerces minors to send sexually explicit material

sexualization of minors
We do not tolerate any content that leads to the sexualization of minors or degrades them to sex objects.
Not allowed are:

  • Content depicting erotic dances involving minors
  • Content with sexual or erotic language involving minors.

integrity and authenticity

Content that is intended to defraud or mislead users undermines the trust on which our community is built. We do not tolerate such content on our platform. This includes activities such as sending spam messages, pretending to be someone else, or disinformation campaigns.

spam
Content or activities that are intended to artificially increase the popularity of the platform are prohibited. We also prohibit attempts to manipulate the mechanisms of the platform in order to artificially increase the number of interactions.
Not allowed are:

  • Advertising for services that generate artificial traffic
  • Operating multiple TRICHTR accounts under false or fraudulent pretenses. This includes engaging in a coordinated effort to generate inauthentic activity, distribute commercial spam messages, or otherwise engage in any coordinated, large-scale violation of TRICHTR policies.

pretending to be someone else
We do not tolerate users who impersonate other people or organizations in order to mislead the public. When reports of false identity are confirmed, we remove accounts involved in such violations.
Not allowed are:

  • The misleading use of the name, biographical information, or profile picture of another person or organization.

Misleading information
Our services are designed to enable users to easily document and share experiences. However, we do not allow misinformation that harms individuals, our community, or the public.
Not allowed are:

  • Misinformation that stirs up hatred or prejudice
  • Misinformation relating to emergencies and thereby spreading panic
  • Medical misinformation that harms the physical health of individuals
  • Content intended to mislead members of the community regarding elections or other civil society processes
  • false reports and phishing attempts
  • Digital fakes (artificially produced media content or manipulated media content) that distort the true circumstances of a situation and cause harm to the people depicted or to society

Refrain from:

  • Engaging in coordinated, dubious activities (such as creating user accounts) to influence public opinion by deceiving individuals, our community, or the general public about the identity, location, and intentions of such user account

Intellectual Property
We encourage all users to create and share their own original content. We do not permit users to post or distribute content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
Not allowed are:

  • Content that infringes or infringes on the copyright, trademark or intellectual property rights of others.

threat to platform security

In addition to the content and behavior described above, our policies prohibit activities that endanger TRICHTR's service:

  • Hacking the TRICHTR website, app or relevant networks is prohibited, as is circumventing the measures used to restrict user access.
  • Distribution of files containing computer viruses, Trojan horses, computer worms, logic bombs or other malicious or harmful material is not permitted.
  • The modification, adaptation, translation, reverse engineering, decompilation, decoding or creation of products derived from TRICHTR, including files, tables or documentation, is not permitted, nor is the reconstruction of the source code contained in TRICHTR or corresponding algorithms, procedures or techniques.
  • The use of automated scripts to collect information from TRICHTR is prohibited.
