Ich kann man nicht beklagen, weder über den Service, noch über die Qualität.
Wir haben den Trichtr Freitags bestellt und die Woche drauf Donnerstags war er da. Ich hatte zwischenzeitlich Kontakt aufgenommen um sicher zu stellen, dass die Lieferung noch bis zum Wochenende eintrifft. Meine Mail wurde innerhalb von einem halben Tag beantwortet.
Die Qualität des Trichtr ist genau so gut wie die von einem selbst gebauten. Überzeugt und hat das gesamte Festivalwochenende überstanden. Die Reinigung ist einfach durchzuführen.
Das einzige Manko, was mich aber nicht stört. Der Aufdruck ist direkt abgefallen. Somit ist jetzt keine "Werbung" mehr drauf.

Cleaning instructions:
 Before first use, rinse the entire TRICHTR Striker with clean water.

Rinse the TRICHTR Striker with hot water after each use and hang it up to dry with the ball valve open.

The individual parts should be cleaned separately at regular intervals. The mouthpiece can be cleaned individually after each use or is replaceable.
